Our Mission
From the beginning, the mission of Grandpa Longboards has been to improve the recreational and mental experience of our riders by providing superior longboards that are both well-built and highly effective. Additionally, Grandpa is devoted to promoting its products artistically, transparently and in a trouble-free manner.
Philosophy and Values
Grandpa Longboards produces and distributes superior performing longboards that set new standards within the skating industry for durability, performance, and design. Our balanced approach to competition and recreation combines the “wisdom of environment” with the “power of science” by integrating the worlds of both “old-school” and “modern day” skating and longboarding. We create our longboards based on the realistic needs of longboarders and utilize “Six Sigma” like quality control methods during manufacturing, allowing us to understand the full burly potential of the materials used during development. The result: Grandpa Longboards delivers innovative, well-constructed longboards that maximize the rider’s experience and provide a genuine alternative to conformist longboard manufactures.

This facility uses “Fiberlam” (pat. pending) technologies which are marked by two composite plies that sandwich interior wooden plies thereby adding strength and durability to the longboards. In addition, this facility is a member of the IASC (Industry Association of Skateboard Companies) whose main purpose is to increase skateboarding and to aid in the advancement of the industry. Lastly, Grandpa Longboards warehouses inventory and ships orders from their headquarters in Florida.
